Exciting news to kick things off! Astro 5.0 alpha is here, with a roadmap leading to beta, RC, and stable releases later this year.

Astro 5.0 alpha ⚡️

Astro has released the first alpha version of its upcoming 5.0 update. This early release is designed to engage early adopters in testing and provide feedback on the initial changes and breaking updates.

The tentative roadmap for Astro 5.0 includes:

  • 5.0 Beta: Expected in mid-September

  • 5.0 RC: Slated for late November

  • 5.0 Stable: Anticipated in December

Users are encouraged to participate in testing this alpha version and future releases. Issues encountered should be reported on GitHub or through the #contribute channel on Discord.
